I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I spoke with someone named Mike, who may have even given me a false name. Instead of providing assistance, he came across as sarcastic and unhelpful. Overall, it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
The don't have plumbing productos. Very bad costumer service and the hrs on Google are wrong they close at 4:30. Putos
The individuals working here are very helpful and are able to assist/answer your technical connections. They assisted me in purchasing the materials I needed to complete my project.
John and the team are very helpful with whatever you need when it comes to pricing and availability. They also handle getting you your equipment in a timely manner.
