Universal Cleaners deserves 0 stars. They routinely did not perform the services per the contract, and over the course of more than a year, I had to inspect and report a list of things left uncleaned on a regular basis. They made repeated promises to remedy it and have a supervisor check, yet the problems continued. Often entire areas they were contracted to be cleaned were not touched (kitchen was to be swept, mopped, wiped down and disinfected, and soap dispensers filed). I often came in the next morning to see visible dirt that I needed to be swept, unvacuumed carpet, empty soap dispensers, crumbs on counters, food particles in the sink and dirty areas. I asked for a refund several times and they just said they would send a cleaner in to "fix" what was not cleaned the next day after

Universal Cleaners is a very professional, locally owned business. In this day and age it's hard to find people willing to work and do a great job. Shout out to Andrew for his dedication and hardwork to ensure the job gets done. I would highly recommend this company to keep your business sanitized and cleaned.

This company is the absolute best, the employee's truly care which positively portrays back on the management team. I fully recommend them!!
