This co. scammed my husband, who was asking for a free estimate for a small used freezer that needed freon. This co. is also part of bigger co. Coolsys. The girl that answered the phone told my husband that she had to write it up as a service request, and someone could come and look at it! Someone did come a week later showed up when no one was home, called my husband that he was in the yard, to look at the freezer. He told him he could, thinking it was a free estimate. They sent a quote that was way over the price of the used freezer. Than they tried to send a bill for over $450 just for showing up. Oh brother, I tell my husband to call them back, he says he talked to a girl that needs to talk to the manager. He doesn't hear back, and they sent the same bill again. The work order at

I'm a local warehouse manager in need of service work for a large commercial refrigerator we have so I thought I'd call them up since they're local also and I see their trucks everywhere, I called them, worked my way through their phone tree and proceeded to stay on hold for almost 7 minutes, I haven't spoken to anyone at this point and won't, this is a great way to lose new and future business with a large local company. I'll be calling another company.

The people driving these vehicles is absolutely sickening! Almost caused a serious wreck this morning driving to work. Almost pushed me into the other lane just so he could try to get ahead of me in the carpool lane. Not to mention THEY WHERE NOT EVEN CARPOOL! Around 320th on I-5 headed north at about 630 this morning. Called the office to inform them of the careless driving of there employee. They said they would call back and let the office know as soon as they opened at 8. They Never called back and I’m sure they never even talked to the driver. This company obviously doesn’t care about safety on the road. Almost killing people on the road just to get one car length ahead. What a shame. If they don’t care about there driving, then how can they care about the job they are doing for you.
