Universal roofing is excellent. This is the second time the company has done our roof installation. Very professional, courteous, and fast. Mike Ramos and his guys were amazing. He kept in communication with me during the installation the entire time while I was at work. They left no footprint after the job was done. I highly recommend universal to anyone looking for roof work.

We had estimates from two other companies prior, but we knew when Bill came to our home to give us an estimate, that this was the company that was going to do a good job. His professionalism and experience was evident right from the start. Steve, our project manger, as well as Ronald (senior project manager) did an amazing job changing out our shingle roof to a metal roof, as well as replace our gutters. Starting with Cory to the project manager Mike Ramos and his crew they did an amazing job on our roof repairs, shingles and chimney replacement, new skylight and vents. We had a lot of hail damage and they walked us through every step of the process to bring our home up to code. The decorative design looks amazing and the addition of the new gutters that were also damaged and needed replacing brought it all together. It looks like a brand new house. We couldn’t be happier. Mike was very professional and very knowledgeable and the crew was excellent from start to the amazing clean up when the project was completed. This company is the example of excellent customers service and expert workmanship. Anderson the site supervisor was on top of everything. They had my old roof off and new one back on same day… they took time to cover and protect my shrubs and plants around the house and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards, I would recommend them for all your roofing needs. 5 Star Company.
