Universal Windows Direct of Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati)

Our house was 27 years old and we decided we needed windows and siding. Had the drafty old windows that we had to cover with plastic every year and lady bugs and stink bugs in the spring. We decided to contact universal windows direct and the salesman came out and his name was Daniel. He did what I expected and brought samples, warranties, and a few fancy demonstrations. What I didn’t expect was to see these products and fall in love with them, the windows are second to none and the siding is three times the thickness of our old siding. This was the first quote we got and I was so impressed with the products and Daniel’s knowledge of them and the process from start to finish, we were sold and no need for any more quotes. After we made our initial phone call the appointment was made within 2 days for Rob Webb and Austin to give us the spill. Rob was very knowledgeable of the company and of the product ,a sliding glass door that we are in search of. Rob and Austin went through the construction of the sliding glass door ,explaining how each works and what other companies use as their standard compared to UWD. So with the spill we made our decision on color,door handle, and the puppy proof screen for the outdoor screen door. During the whole process we were never pressured to buy or sign on the line now. For my wife and I if their is pressure we not buying. Rob and Austin are a great couple of guys . We all shared stories of things we all have went through and did some laughing. Rob Webb the sales representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with his presentation. The installers also did a great job. I love my windows!

The sales person that gave the initial.demonstration of the windows and sliding door was very well versed about the product. The installers were very nice and friendly. They done a great job on installation and cleanup of the work. The windows and glass sliding door looks great. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend them to others.

So far I've had a great experience. The day I contacted them, they were able to send someone out the same day. Sam was very friendly and informative. I'm getting some windows replaced. The quoted time for the replacement seems reasonable. Can't wait to see the finished product!
