Nice parking garage but the screen that states open parking spots is very inaccurate and the garage is not at all big enough to hold all cars during events at the convention center

We love going to the Power House, but this parking garage is garbage. Having the first 90 minutes free is nice, but after reading other reviews about ridiculous ($30) fines for going over 5 minutes of the free time- we felt like we couldn’t even relax. These fees are downright predatory. I’m more than happy to pay a buck or two if I go over my free allotted time, but don’t be sneaky/greedy about fees. (And no, a tiny sign at the entrance of the garage is not enough of a heads up to visitors.) I’d much rather just grab a ticket and pay my way out. If the rules of this garage don’t change, it will turn people off from visiting this awesome addition to our town.

Watch the time otherwise you have a 30$ tie kit if grace period is out even 5 min over. Felt like they catch you once grace period is over. Using smart systems like that should be able to text u and just charge the few minutes over but I guess that’s part of the business model.
