I cannot express the gratitude I feel for the work the team at Unlimited Stone Design did in our kitchen. We worked with Melissa for a couple of months finalizing our design. She was so incredibly patient and communicative. Michael was super knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend them over and over again. We’re obsessed with our countertops and new island.

Unlimited Stone Design was recommended to me. They were very professional, honest and attentive to my concerns, budget and design interests. I used them to replace my Formica kitchen counters and bathrooms. I purchased beautiful quartz countertops from them and I am so pleased with how it all came out. I highly recommend them!!

Delivery and communication was a disaster! They were supposed to arrive between 9am-10am and did not show up until after 2pm. The owner called me at 10am to inform me they were going to be late and said she would call the crew and let me know a time either by phone or text. She NEVER called me back. I had organized my workday for the install and had several business meetings starting at 1pm. Around 11am I started to get concerned. I texted the owner at 11am to ask for an ETA, NO response and then tried again ( call and text ) at 12:15- again NO response. I ended up texting my cabinet installer around 1245pm to let him know how unhappy I was - he said he would reach out to her and apologized !! Ironically, when he called she answered = but by that time I was already in my sched
