Thomas did our inspection and he was great. Prior to the inspection he called us to give us an overview of what would happen, how it would all work, and gave an opportunity to ask questions. After the inspection he gave us an overview of key items he would be including in the report, allowed us to ask questions on the spot, but made sure we felt comfortable reaching out to ask him to clarify of elaborate on anything in the report after we received it. The report was very detailed and thorough, and he promptly answered the follow-up questions we had. On top of all that the pricing was very reasonable.
