We called up and down garage service and they came out quickly, and the technician’s name was Aaron. The guy was super super nice and knowledgeable. He got us fixed up very quickly. The lady in the office who took the initial phone call was very helpful and nice. Just had a new garage door and opener package installed by Up & Down and it couldn't have gone better. From the beginning, Seth provided us with great choices and advice when it came to selecting the package that would work best for us. On installation day Brad was fantastic; courteous and professional, definitely a skilled technician that takes pride in his work. When installation was complete he pointed out all of the features and guided us through the operation of the system. Great communications throughout the whole process, a very good experience.

They replaced my garage door and opener last week and did a great job. Professional, fair pricing, and no BS. I wasn’t expecting to need a new opener, but the upgrade was worth it. It’s much quieter and smoother, has motion-activated lighting, remote access with an optional camera, and a keypad that supports one-time entry codes. I got three estimates and these guys offered the best value and service. Highly recommended.

Seth is completely professional, honest, patient, and respectful. He looked at my garage door thoroughly but didn't push me to buy anything extra or try to sell me things I didn't need.
