It's time to have my carpet stretched and I wanted to look for a new company to do it. I've found Upholstery & Carpet Woodbridge and they did an amazing job at stretching my carpet. It's good as new! As a first time customer, I'm really satisfied with them. I think I'll be a regular customer here!

In short, I'd say hire Stanley Steemer or another large service instead of this company. My technician was 4 hours late, and when he arrived told me cleaning my sofa would be more than double what I was quoted on the phone. I was requesting them to clean a sofa I've had in storage to avoid buying a new one and have to wait the 10+ weeks to receive. For $450 I would expect the best sofa cleaning available but there were obvious missed spots so I had to purchase upholstery cleaner to finish the job myself. They don't accept credit cards, the technician told me only cash or Venmo, and now I've been waiting over 24 hours to get a receipt for the work that was done.
