I had the pleasure of working work Brian with whirlpool factory service with Upstate appliance. I filed a claim with my home warranty company Cinch. And the service was outstanding came to diagnose unit and with in the same day part was replaced and washer is working as it should. If I didn't have a home warranty I would definitely use them for all future repairs. Very knowledgeable and amazing service 👏

We went into the store unsure which washer to buy. The staff was very patient and helped us compare models. Jenna made the special effort to look some technical specifications up online to help our decision-making process. We are pleased with our purchase, and would definitely repeat buying from this family-owned and operated company.

I asked for a quote to replace a part, the element to be exact. I had make and model, the element would’ve been worse case. Maybe a fuse she stated. I would think you could give me a part price and then added labor hours (round about) plus the rate. She wasn’t having it. Which is fine, but act like you’re being inconvenienced for doing your job. If answer questions on the phone is beneath you and you can’t answer the question, then hire someone who can! I was gong to get a price on the part, but after the way she made me feel. I wasn’t going to ask her nothing or spend my money there.
