If I could give zero stars I would. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company, otherwise we would've used someone else. Not only did they lie multiple times about when they would fix our AC but when they did show it took them 3 days to finish the job, leaving us with no AC for the month of July. They lied about what time they'd arrive, in turn wasting my time. The person used extremely fowl language and at one point cussed at me, causing me to lose my cool. They broke one of my children's toys and, while they did replace it, never once bothered to apologize. There was practically zero communication and the person even moved our thermostat without any discussion with myself or my spouse. I'm surprised this company is still running with how fowl and rude they are. Do not use

Extremely satisfied with a job well done. Mr. Cauley was very pleasant and professional. He went beyond the service contract of the HW and took care of some peripheral issues as well. He left us satisfied that our HVAC was performing proficiently and everything was properly intact. Highly commend Mr. Cauley and recommend his company without reservation.

I had issue of my condenser's fan was not running. The Home Protection company assigned the work to them. They came the same day I called and said they will come back for replacement of the fan. After 2 days, a different guy showed up did some work to the condenser, but it was still not back running. The guy told me he could not get the unit back running, he will ask his manager come back. After that no one had showed up again from them. I called several time, left messages, got one response saying the manager will come back but he never did. Now, two weeks after their initial repair, the unit was left unplug, not running and the house is cold in Mid Jan. The company is unprofessional, didn't even care about their customers. My grandmothers AC unit went out so she called and scheduled a appointment for a technician to come out to look at it. Technician doesn't arrive on day scheduled shows up a day later charges her over $730 dollars just for AC unit to break down again 3 days later. Calls company back for them to tell her that it will be another service fee ($100) to send technician back out and couldn't come back to look at it a week from now. This is a 84 year old woman having to sit in a house with absolutely no AC! Showed up late didn't fix right the first time now wants her to wait over a week and charge her again?! I would definitely not recommend this company!! 2 weeks later and still no AC!

Has done several jobs at my business and always at a great price with great service. I have recommended to other businesses, personal friends and my customers who were all satisfied and happy!
