Urban Made Stone Veneers

I highly recommend Urban Made Stone. Carlos has was amazing both times that I have had work done by them. He kept good communication at all times and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. The job was done quickly with great attention to detail. The pictures I post definitely does not reflect the full effect of how beautiful the job was done.

Took wrong meassures and the stone was not enough, they just sent a contractor and forget about you they don't communicate with each other, they charged us $500 extra to flatten a wall and then installed over the wall as it was and still charged the $500 without doing the job promissed, that is plain dishonesty! Additionally they destroyed the gutters and we have to pay $400 to repair them. We asked the stone to be stucked without holes since the beginning and they didn't care and left holes, they ran out of stone because not even meaasures were taken correctly. Terrible customer service for every problem they have an excuse never a solution, they never take responsability on meassuring wrong, quoting wrong or damaging the gutters.

Had a masonry wall on our patio finished by Urban Made Stone and turned out great. The crew never stopped working until job was finished. Would highly recommend.
