I asked about aerating and over-seeding. They gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted. It then took a few weeks to get them to actually come out where I kept getting the run around about when they would be out. When they did actually show up they aerated about 80% of my yard but skipped large sections including the two packed down areas that I was most interested in getting aerated. They didn't lay down any seed at all. The photos are from the day after aeration where you can see they didn't even attempt to do anything in those areas.

My lawn has never looked better. Whatever they use to fertilize works wonders!
