I get so tired of hearing the words, “We don’t sell to the public!” Well sir it is the public that keeps you in business. I would rather give my money to support local businesses, however the contractors are gouging the customers and companies like yours are enabling them. I work on my own AC equipment at my own home. I will get my parts on the internet now from a reputable source. When your company is starved out by internet distributors with no overhead you will remember this post!

Arriving at US Air reminds me of the show, Cheers where everyone knows your name Jim is one of the best people there is, I really appreciate every time I go in there he knows the business stuff very well, patient, always willing to help always going to look up parts, always going over and above is Call of Duty thank you for employees like Jim.
