The entire process from estimate, engineering, permitting and installation was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. All of the US Aluminum employees were very professional, efficient and courteous. Israel Cotto and Jaime Compas did an excellent job of demolition and installing the new pool enclosure. We could not be any happier with the finished product.

I had requested a quote back in 2020 but didn’t pursue it because of Covid. I asked them to come back and re-quote very competitive. The salesman was super friendly not pushing it all. Got everything I needed on paper scheduled the job. from start to finish the communication from this company was excellent from Lorraine in accounts, especially Jay Calderon the project manager was absolutely superb. They told me at every turn what was gonna happen. On the day of install Angel and Jonathan came early. They worked so fast super clean came back the next day to finish. We are immensely happy with the job. It looks superb. It was great value for money. This is an awesome company. I highly recommend.

Great product and communication. Carolina originally worked with us on the sale of the Azenco pergola and outdoor kitchen. We were back and fourth, and she came out to our house multiple times to walk us through the dimensions and look of the final product. She was detailed with the measurements, the final look, and gave ideas on design based on how we would use the kitchen. After contracting, we met with Carolina and selected tile and granite. She again gave her opinion on what would match our exterior finish. She was spot on. We then worked with Evan for the remainder of the build out. He was our project manager and gave detailed timelines and updated them as needed. We were notified when workers would be at the house and Evan was here almost every time they came.
