USA Insulation of Cincinnati

USA insulation did an outstanding job insulating our home. All drafts were eliminated! it sound proofed our home and we no longer hear the traffic going by. It has been over 15 years and I think we have saved about $1000-1500 per year since.

4.5 Stars but rounding up. 1. Customer service is on point. 2. Nate was the sales, Ben installed it. 3. 3000sqft, half brick half vinyl. 40 year old rockwool... 4. Works best with vinyl because they can reach in better. 5. Brick was OK... but we saw immediate improvement in draftiness and overall a 40% decrease in energy usage. (tracked via Nest and Duke Energy) 6. Missed about 20% of a wall due to brick, they fixed for free (honestly, no hassle from sales or Ben) Future recommendations: 1. If you have brick, have them do insulation from inside and pay a painter to fix drywall.... guarantees 100% fill. We were doing a bathroom renovation... which is how we found out. Just got our whole home done are few days ago. We can already tell a big difference in noise reduction! Can't wait to see how this helps on the electric bill!! We had Tony and Ace do the installation. They worked extremely hard all day and cleaned everything up before they left. Nate was our salesman. He also did an Excellent job addressing all our questions and concerns in a very professional and prompt manner. I wish all companies had workers like them! Highly recommend!!!! Justin and his crew were on time, professional and easy to work with. Even with a fresh 4/5” of snow on the ground, they showed up ready to go. We can tell a difference in the amount of time the rooms feels warmer compared to before. I have house that I renovated down to studs and reframed. Called USA Insulation of Cincinnati to get a closed cell spray foam quote due to their review ratings and plus they were local. Met Nate the salesman and let him know what I wanted and needed. Nate explained the process and answered all my questions during the meeting. Due to the smooth process and the fact that the job could be started sooner than I was expecting, I decided to go with them. I could not have more pleased with outcome. Those guys worked hard and the results were just what I wanted and looked for. I commend those guys for their hard work. I'm a stickler for making sure things are done correctly and they did not disappoint. They spray foamed all exterior walls from the basement to the 2nd floor including the roof deck.
