Crew was friendly and on time. Temperature has improved in home. Cons Office staff was generally friendly and professional I didn’t appreciate them saying they could only honor pricing until the end of day as it’s already been two years What’s a little longer. I had a roof leak and needed A drywall repair in my bathroom ceiling so I had to put off getting the insulation installed in my attic until the drywall repair could be performed and allow the drywall to dry. I also had a plumbing issue that I had to take care of, and I explained this all to the office staff that I had a lot going on and I would get back

Parker and his crew did an awesome job despite our siding (and the cold) kicking their butts! We already are feeling an improvement both in temperature and sound dampening from the outside. They were prompt and cleaned up just as good if not better than before. HIGHLY recommend having your house insulated by Parker and the crew!

We had USA insulation come in and insulate all of our exterior walls. The insulation itself seems to be good. Too soon to tell if it will actually help out energy cost or not with the mild weather. I'm giving a low rating for a few reasons. Most of them are small details, but for the price we paid, I'd expect more. It may sound like I'm being knit-picky. The first and biggest reason was the fact that the crew did not follow the directions given to them from their own sales rep. We have a three season room with cedar walls. I specifically asked the sales rep to not drill through the cedar walls. He informed me this would not be an issue as the crew could go from the inside and patch the drywall.
