Great work. Salesman was great. Installers were great. Recieved reminder call before install and even check up call post install to make sure all went well and I was satisfied. Attic insulation quote came back half as expensive as other company quoted. Wall insulation was a much needed add on for my 1950 house that had almost nothing in the walls. Salesman (Brad) was informative, friendly, and flexible. Installers (KC and crew on truck 12) were all friendly, courteous of my home, and knowledgeable. They did a pre and post walk through to make sure everything was good and understood. Instantly warmer in my house and my furnace is actually getting a break between having to turn on again now that I'm actually retaining my heat. Couldn't be happier! Definitely suggest this company again.

Tristan was informative and polite. He walked me around prior to starting the project. Everything went well. I pointed out a couple of things they missed, but they corrected them right away. A bit more messy than I ever thought it would be. Good team. Here is my update after 4 months. When they were working on my house, asked if they should be using drop clothes. What they told me was the stains on my deck will disappear after it rains. Well that has not happened. I have sent photos and asked for suggestions to remove the stains. Crickets. Very disappointed with the follow up. I didn't ask them to come back, I asked what would take the stains off my deck. So beware of the mess it makes.

USA Insulation was amazing to work with. Steve (sales rep) was very friendly and knowledgeable on our needs. We had two projects done. First crew came out to install installation in our attic. The second project we had Foam installation installed in our basement. This was a bigger project. The crew was very professional and took their time to tarp all of our personal belongings The clean up was spotless. Definitely recommend USA Insulation.

Andy was our sales representative, very knowledgeable, professional and prompt for appointment. He reviewed our needs and suggested foam insulation for walls and fiberglass insulation for attic. We signed the contract that day and he scheduled job to be completed the following week. The team called to confirm date and time and arrived at 8am. Zan, Darius and Collin did a fantastic job and explained every step prior to beginning job. They were very respectful of us and our home. They were done in 4 hours and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We look forward to lower energy bills and warmer winters in our drafty bedroom. Thank you very much.
