USA Leak Detector and Plumbing

I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!! I’m a business owner in Hayward. We recently noticed that there is a serious water leak in our commercial building that was running our water bill in the thousands!!! We ended up calling USA LEAK DETECTOR. Steve answered and was able to squeeze us in and quickly come out to help. I think it’s important to understand that in desperate situations like this it’s very easy for a business to take advantage of the consumer. Not only was Steve extremely honest with us, but he literally found the problem in minutes. And when I say minutes I mean minutes! It was a continuous leak in the filtration system in our bathroom. Contacted USA Leak today in the morning around 10am and they were able to come out the same day @ 1pm. Steve and AJ were awesome. They came out and were very professional. They advised us of where the leak was coming from and what was needed to fix it. The leak was coming from our irrigation system (which is from the 90's). Steve referred us to an irrigation person, that we will be contacting to fix the issue. The pricing was above fair. They really work their community and even offer discounts for seniors and veterans. I had a water leak somewhere in my rental property one month my bill was over 1,000$. As a contractor myself I thought I could find it but unfortunately it was a leak that was underground.
