My dad went here from Colorado state university. In 1967. He recently passed away.

My review changed from two stars to five stars. Their phone message regarding hours was confusing, so not getting through initially was annoying. I received a civilized, professional response to my snarky voice message, moderating my frustration - they actually called back, which doesn't happen all the time. The lady I ultimately spoke with clearly had a helpful attitude, making every effort to provide the information I was seeking.

Closed for covid. You have to call, leave a voicemail and wait for a call back and file permits all online. They are timely with their return calls but this is getting old

I really appreciate the USDA Forest services for their help when asking questions that I'm unsure about. I just wish they actually had people in the office and you didn't have to call and leave a number.

Unavailable during open hours. Door was locked even though there were cars in the parking lot. No information posted on the door when they would be open.
