Their employee drove past us multiple times shouting obscenities and giving us the middle finger. I asked the company if this is company policy and they refuse to answer

A person decided to park next to my property on Kinlaw road on October 17th 2025 and leave pee bottles on the street. Complete lack of professionalism. I have video evidence. I expect to be contacted about this asap.

Just got into a heated argument with one of your crew in Rolesville. I was visiting my sisters and there was a USIC crew working and they were parked I front of my sisters home specifically where it says no parking. There are many reasons why they can’t park here. I asked them very politely to move, the boss got up in my face and started yelling at me. I was shocked and said I’m asking nicely you don’t have to be rude and he walked off, ignoring my request. Even though there is a sign that says no parking, which they were parked directly in front of. This is unacceptable. Are all of your crews rude and borderline violent with neighborhood resident at every job? Is this normal? We have children, every house here is families. You can’t behave like that. Someone from USIC needs to contact me

USIC is notorious for not meeting the propsed deadline. Then when you call and FINALLY get to talk to someone they give you another deadline that they won't meet. As a company they have left us high and dry on projects causing delays for our customers. I have had to pull crews off jobs and delay jobs sometimes over a week past the deadline costing us money, time and unnecessary aggrevation.

Mike was so rude to me on the phone when all I asked was an ETA on utilities locate. Doesn't deserve his position and is probably the reason usic has a bad reputation. Negative stars if possible.
