Lack of Respect and Rude Staff My recent encounter with Utiligi's left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Utiligi is installing fiber optic cabel through the yards in my neighborhood. They started working with large equipment and digging up yards without any notice or warning. The demeanor of their crew is consistently rude and unprofessional. Instead of adressing questions by my neighbors and I with empathy and understanding, they were confrontational and abrasive, making the interaction unpleasant and stressful. They boss refused to give us his name or show us any work permits. Awful awful Awful! If I could give 0 stars I would! They are tearing up the front of the yards on my street... yes I understand the law and concept of easments, but they gave zero notice to anyone in the neighborhood and when we asked them what they were doing, they flat out refused to give any information. The only way I knew it was them was because of the name on their truck! The boss of the work site, Jose Mandenado(sp?) (who only agreed to give me his name after I had to call the Sheriff.) is extremely rude, hostile, entitled and arrogant. When they started the job in the morning, my elderly mother went to ask them what they were doing and why they were digging up the yard. Jose told her he could "do whatever he wants" and refused to show her a work permit. He tried telling her that

I would recommend Utiligi to anyone who requires their services!!! I worked for Comcast for several years and used Utiligi for a lot of our engineering work. They were always very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Didn't matter how ridiculous the request was that came from municipalities, they completed the tasks with a great attitude and on time, without any complaints. Thank you Utiligi for the great partnership!!!
