We knew our old furnace was in need of replacement, but rather than immediately try to sell us a new furnace during the initial inspection, the technician Mark took the time to look over our ducting, zone system, and help answer any questions we had. Their pricing on a new system - including zone control and an AprilAire - was very competitive. They made the entire process painless and easy, and were able to get us a new furnace installed right before a brutal cold snap! We shopped around prior and Uttke had the best prices (and great customer service; I know very little about HVAC and TJ at Uttke answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel silly). Day of the installation: the crew came on time, superrrr respectful and communicative. Very pleased with our experience.

Uttke was fantastic. We received quotes from several companies for a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and power venting. Uttke was the best quote and the most knowledgeable about the work we wanted done. The team that did the work were polite, professional, and cleaned up after the job. I called Uttke for a second opinion on my 19 year old furnace. A different company had dumped 5 estimates on me for over $4000 and left me feeling not so good. Tyler from Uttke came by and inspected my furnace, gave me honest answers on fixing it vs replacement, came in with better quotes. Uttke has been kind and understanding and very responsive to my needs for my furnace. I have my new furnace on the way from them and will be using them for all my HVAC needs.
