UZB Carle Place Carpet Cleaning

After having our carpet cleaned with a steam treatment and spot cleaning for pet stains, the stains became significantly worse and there was even a new stain presenting itself. (See the before and after photos.) Two stains transformed in size, with a third appearing. I have called for days now, multiple times a day, asking to speak to a manager, boss or owner. Each time I call I am told I will be contacted by a manager, even sometimes given a time frame to be contacted within, yet have yet to hear from anyone, even with calling multiple days in a row. I fully understand if someone can't call me back right away, rather, just be honest with customers that it could take a day or two to be reached instead of fabricating responses. It's disturbing not only to have your personal belongings ruine
