We had a great experience with Nick and team. They replaced our water tank promptly and efficiently—the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. A couple of days later, we had a few follow-up questions, and their team was kind enough to come back out to take a look and make sure everything was running perfectly. Their responsiveness and attention to customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!

Our water heater was leaking and we called Nick to see what his availability was like as we were nervous the tank would let go soon. Nick was out to our house within 3 days! He did a fantastic job and was so friendly. HIGHLY recommend!! I will be calling him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Very responsive, fair pricing, Technicians were happy to answer all of my questions - both on the initial diagnostic call as well as the follow up visit to install parts. Thank you to Amber, Josh, and Tim! Update: After the inducer was replaced, the heater stopped working the same day. Turned out to be a totally unrelated clog in some tubing. Nick, the owner, came out WITHIN 2 HOURS of my call, diagnosed the issue, and solved it. Just in time to keep my family warm on the first freezing night of the season. Nick, thank you. My next HVAC call will be to you (but hopefully not for a little while!)

Our hot water heater broke over the weekend after just three years. I called Valente Plumbing on Monday morning, and they responded incredibly quickly. Duy was fantastic—he clearly explained everything and went over all my options. Nick, the owner, even followed up personally, which really showed their commitment to customer service. The crew arrived promptly, were respectful, knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed within a few hours. I can’t thank Valente enough. They are now my first and only choice for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
