Today's experience (02/13/2026) was excellent with Dominick (3rd generation). We are completely redoing our kitchen and needed his assistance with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He arrived on time, extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He reviewed everything before starting the work and was super thorough the entire time he was here. He explained what was being done and even made suggestions for us going forward. Deal8ng with the owners via telephone has been great as well. Dominick is a true professional!!! We are grateful! Valenza Plumbing did phenomenal, professional work from start to finish. First, Eric helped us understand all the options available for our boiler and water heater situation, with a focus on what was best for our situation and the years ahead. Then when it came to replace the water heater, Dominick was punctual, friendly, and truly embodied the title of master plumber. He was precise and efficient, all the while explaining what he was doing. I will definitely be reaching out again when our boiler inevitably joins our water heater in the HVAC & plumbing afterlife.

Maxwell & John installed a new Fijitsu outside unit on a timely manner. They were both very professional and friendly. When asked questions they had the answers.
