For the past year, my family and I have been forced to endure constant blowing dirt and sand entering our home and settling on our property. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a persistent environmental and health hazard that is degrading our property and quality of life. We live in Magnolia West and they are doing construction across from us on a new Saratoga Springs neighborhood. Under Florida law and local environmental and construction regulations, contractors are required to implement dust and wind mitigation measures to prevent particulate matter from leaving a construction site and impacting neighboring properties. For close to a year this Company has had an active construction site going across the road from Magnolia West subdivision and it has been a horrific experience! They very rarely use water trucks and do not type of erosion control so our Amenity Center, Pool and all of our homes and vehicles continue to get covered in dirt and sand blowing across the roads! The company has been notified repeatedly along with the county with no changes just negligence on their part! In less than 8 hours from cleaning my vehicles you can wipe your hand across them and be covered with debris, not to mention what we are having to breathe in. Please come look around and see what expenses it will cost you to have this company working in your area!

Living across CR 315 from where Vallencourt is doing their construction on the new AgroNeighborhood is costing me MORE money than a homeowner should. Due to their lack of following FL state law on construction sites (dust covering and blowing across a main road and lack of dust suppression) - I cannot even wash my vehicles or house without it being COVERED in dirt and dust. Lets not even talk about the amount of dust that is now in my AC or what my family and I are breathing in daily. Im sure the EPA and OSHA would have a field day with spending a day on the site. They are really neglecting watering and maintaining debris on the CR 315 Green Cove project. What is going to be done to help the residents that are affected by this? Are you all going to clean our HVAC, homes, vehicles, etc?! We shouldn’t have to feel these affects financially!!

The subdivision being built on 315 next to Spring Park Elementary has caused repeated issues with dirt and construction debris blowing into surrounding areas. While some inconvenience is expected during development, basic dust control and site containment should be standard practice…especially when a construction site sits directly next to an elementary school. On windy days, dirt and debris blow onto the school’s playground and outdoor PE areas where children are actively playing. On run walk days my daughter and her friends complain how the dust gets is their eyes and mouths. This is not just a minor nuisance; it’s a health and safety concern. Young children should not be exposed to unnecessary dust and airborne debris because proper preventative measures weren’t taken. I strongly urge
