Valley Electrical Contractors

I got a secondhand generator and contacted them to install it. They came out to check it out and gave me a rough estimate and said they'd email me a formal quote. After a couple weeks, I called and was told he'd have to call me back... Never received that call back. This happened twice more.. never got a call. On my fourth call, I spoke to someone and they said "I lost your email address so I mailed you the quote"... I let him know that I never received it and gave him my email address. He assured me that he would email it.... He never emailed it. I get it now. At least if they would have told me that they weren't interested, I could have looked elsewhere but they had to be unprofessional jerks about it. My advice to anyone looking: look elsewhere.

I moved to the left lane on the freeway to take a left exit, and one of their pickups whipped around me on the right and flipped me off. When I tried to call their office, no one answered the phone. Don’t give this place your business.

I could never get anyone to call me back about having some work done so I went with someone else. If it is this hard to get an electrician to call and come out for an estimate, what's it going to be like if there is a problem? I would never use Valley in the future.

Like another reviewer I'm shocked that they have these people on the road they are incredibly dangerous and aggressive drivers
