Valley Fair Parking Garage Upper Level Entrance

The multi-level garage at Westfield Vally Fair Shopping Center is always jam-packed. The entrance and exit have lines and move very slowly. Some sections of the driveway inside the parking garage are two-way, but not enough for two cars to pass through at the same time. However, the directions inside the shopping mall are very good. I don't have any problem remembering my car’s location, and finding my car after shopping is easy.

Fix the elevator!!!!! It is constantly not working!!! This is ridiculous! It is especially difficult for people who have difficulty getting up and down the stairs and people with strollers, also for employees who have to do it every day! I understand once or twice, but this has been an ongoing issue.

The company running this garage is super sketchy. They first raised the price to $3/hr, then shutdown all the pay stations at mall exits and 'trick' you to do mobile pay with QR code on the ticket. And guess what? The mobile pay is conveniently down as well. Now everyone are stuck in line to pay at garage exit. That'd cost you 10 minutes on a busy day. Finally by the time you reach the exit, you owe them extra $3.

This parking garage is just next to Macy's in valley fair San jose. Hard to find a slot on weekends

Do not park here! Terrible flow management, if it's busy you will not be able to get out. Haven't moved 100 feet in 30 plusminutes
