The technician provided a courtesy call ten minutes prior to arrival and was perfectly on time for the scheduled appointment. My husband and I are so thankful to have worked with Valley Heating and Air earlier this week. We have a 30 year old Bryant unit that is nearing replacement. It was no longer cooling this past weekend and recommendations were to move forward and replace the unit. Because we really needed to buy more time before replacing the unit, Valley Heating and Cooling agreed to do the repairs and bring this old Bryant back to life.
