The salesman was great explaining what we needed to take care of the spa. First time buyers we had a lot of questions and they were ready and willing to explain everything to us. They set up a chart with written instructions along with all the supplies we would need. Our experience was definitely a 5 star. When we have had questions we have called and they have been generous with their expertise and answered immediately, assisting us with bringing the spa back to perfection. Best purchase we have ever made.

I used these guys for hot tub supplies and one hot tub repair. They came out and timely fixed my issue. The hot tub supplies were always in stock and they were willing to explain to me how to maintain the hot tub and use the supplies (this was my first hot tub). A solid experience all around. But most impressed with the service. They were patient and explained how to properly use their products and what I needed and/or didn’t need.
