I have used Valley Septic for years. Last December I scheduled them to pump my Septic. They were over 4 hours late. I called, they sent a second person out. Then they broke a portion of our Septic tank. They said that they would fix it for $75. My husband said no... I appealed the bill, to at least have it reduced, took them almost 2 months to respond. They said that they would not reduce the bill. I said fine that I will pay, but would never use their services again.

Valley septic is top notch, I use them for my personal system at home and use them at a business. They are always on time, employees are respectful and happy to provide a service.

Very satisfied on time had to call them after calling absolute septic for a Septic tank cleanse for a 1000G tank they were a no show after making an appt not even a call to let us know anything don't go there ....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VALLEY SEPTIC they were highly professional on time quick job and great all around service

Went a week ago to request a new septic system installation. Secretary looked super Bored not interested, we literally had to tell her to write down our info because all she did was just look at us. Told her it was urgent. As we were leaving we literrally saw her throw The note away😑.
