Velocity Lock and Key

I went in the shop and greeted“Hi”! The guy didn’t reply back, how rude! Asked him how much to duplicate a key I have and he said $11! I find it expensive so I left and went to A C Lock Service in Berkeley which they charged me $6!

They will price gouge you, go to one of the other nearby stores for better prices. No complaints on the services but the pricing is straight up abusive. If pricing is not an issue for you then it should be great!

Eddie was responsive and able to come out on short notice. He assessed the lock's issue and resolved it quickly.
