Vent Pros NH

I hired Vent Pros to clean my dryer vent. My experience with the Vent Pro folks was awesome, I highly recommend them!! Their work was thorough, they were informative and their prices are very reasonable. Super nice people and honest as well. I would not hesitate to hire them for any vent cleaning job.

They took care of details that we didn’t even know existed, such as leaks, debris, and misaligned ducts. They did not leave until the job was completed beyond our expectations. I had never used this type of service before. Stan and Lea arrived exactly on time. Explained what they were going to be doing . I was beyond impressed by their attention to detail They did a fantastic job cleaning the dryer vent Very professional Easy to talk to. Price was fair for the amount of work they did. On a scale of one to 10 They are definitely a 15 I will definitely be reccomending them to everyone I know.

Would not recommend. Had an appt set with them for a morning service. Technician no called, no showed and company didn't bother to tell me until i called. Wasted time when i should have been at work. They offered my a credit on my account but didn't reschedule. I have called and emailed numerous times to reschedule the appt and they have completely ignored me. Poor management/ownership. Ducking my calls so they don't have to lose money on the service with the credit. Find someone else, it's clear this company is poorly run.
