I reached out to four different electricians to provide a quote to install an EV charger outlet in my garage and Jenny was by far the most professional of them all. She explained everything to me and I didn’t feel as though she was trying to upsell me like some of the other companies. Out of the 4 options Venus wasn’t the most expensive, actually second lowest. I never go with the highest or lowest quote. I’m really glad I picked Venus. She responded quickly over text. Showed up on time for the quote and again for the installation. Installation took about 4 hours - my electrical breaker box is over 80ft from my garage. I would recommend her services.

Had an issue with an oven tripping my breaker. Called and got routed to a call center for scheduling. Genny called and had to reschedule due to the weather, was polite and professional and got me set up for the next day. Even with all the snow she made it out earlier than expected the next day. She was very thorough, honest and up front about everything. Had a great experience with Venus electric. Will definitely be using them again.
