Verge Properties

I live in one of the first homes built by Verge Properties in 2019. I purchased the home as new construction, but it was not a custom build by Chris. That being said, Chris has treated me like a friend and custom customer since the moment we entered into the contract. Even minor fit and finish issues were taken care of prior to purchase. He has always been happy to provide advice, answer questions, or recommend vendors for anything I've needed with the property. Every vendor that he has recommended have been impeccable, from painters to installers for custom rolling patio screens. At every moment, Chris has stood behind his work, and I adore living in this house. My wife even jokes that I bother Verge too much and that they shouldn't be so nice to us. But they are. I highly recommend Verg

Verge is a deceitful builder. Chris was extremely difficult to work with. The list of grievances is long, unfortunately. Chris made no apologies for his MANY mistakes, lied outright and was extremely arrogant during the project. We tried many times to seek resolution, compromise and he was extremely difficult, downright arrogant and obstinate. Our simple garage project became a huge headache. We felt completely taken advantage of. It was a terrible experience and we wouldn’t recommend Verge.

Chris is the best builder I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 25 years within the industry. The professionalism of how he runs his business, to the finest details of the overall production is exceptional and that is being modest. Every single home that he has built are beautiful, classy, and most importantly, unique. If you think you know what modern and smart homes are from T.V and magazines, you don't. Unless Chris built it. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to build in the Orlando or surrounding areas. His work has inspired me to have built, my dream home with the confidence of knowing that the end result will topple my dreams. I could go on and on about this but will end with..
