Verns Insulation & Specialties

Recently purchased a home and couldn't figure out why the office was hot. Seems the previous owners (old couple) paid to have their attic insulated and Verns didn't bother to complete the job.

We've had an excellent experience with Vern's, working with them on replacing some cabinetry. First of all, Angie came to our house to inspect the problem. She was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful, and she got parts measured and ordered quickly. When the parts arrived, scheduling was easily done via a phone call, and Dale came to install them. His professional expertise was evident, and our cabinetry now looks great and works beautifully. We would definitely hire this company again! Much appreciated, Vern's, and many thanks to Angie and Dale.

Had them come out to fix gutter they installed. #failed The gutter is now leaking at the corner and didn't solve the problem of keeping runoff off the driveway pavers. Install crew was nice enough, but they don't comprehend basics of moving water.

Awful customer support. I had to call three times to get them to come out for an estimate for gutters. They finally came out but then never contacted me back with the actual estimate. When I called and emailed them several times I finally got an estimate 2 weeks later but then once again I had to pull teeth to get a date for the job to start. They gave me the date after emailing and several calls but the day they were suppose to start, they never showed up. Awaiting a call from the non existent management right now as I speak. I will not hold my breath though.

Used Vern's for an insulation job. Krys was awesome to work with and the installation crew knocked it out in record time. Will definitely be calling again for any future projects.
