AVOID! Just park at a nearby Amazon building, FREE after 4pm and cheaper at all other times. Emergency exit doesn't work so your car can get stuck in the parking lot and they will force you to pay again just to leave. Awful service. Extremely overpriced and the remote attendants are rude and unhelpful.
Stupidest service ever. The parking garage has an emergency button which DOESNT DO ANYTHING. Their customer service is never helpful and the parking rates atrocious. The only reason they can get away with this is because of demand for parking is high in Seattle downtown. Once again, the emergency button, does NOTHING. Lol.
