Our water heater needed to be replaced--we called Vic West Plumbing because they were recommended by our Handy Man-- someone came that afternoon to give us a quote, and they returned the next morning to install the heater. No muss no fuss no nonsense. Really appreciate their help.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We are renting a beach house for New Year's on Holden Beach, and upon arrival found we had no water. The owner made a call and the response was immediate. Sam found the problem within a few minutes had it repaired in about as much time. Completely saved our 3-day vacation! Our main water line broke and even though we were dealing with the Labor Day holiday, the Vic West team members were able to organize the permits in a very timely fashion. The team members were very professiomal, respectful, friendly and completed the work in a very short time. Their price was very fair.
