Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning

Had to have an emergency visit from a tech named Ryan. He was great. You can tell he truly cares and is skilled at his craft. He really took his time to assist us with our issue. My wife dealt more so with the ladies in the office but also said they were great to work with and responsive. Viccarone seems like a well organized and trustworthy company from our experience with them. We will be using you guys again! Thank you for everything

When it's time for my furnace or air conditioner needs service I always ask for Ryan Whales. He is on time and a very nice person. He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I'm glad he is still with Viccarone.

This is an air conditioning unit installed by the company at my family members brand new home in Painesville Ohio. The installer placed the air conditioning unit right in front of the tubing that spew out sump pump liquid??? The air - conditioning unit has been having issues since they moved in 2 months ago. Not sure why anyone would install an air - condition unit that spews liquid all over it .

Viccarone had to replace a 5 1/2 year old capacitor on my AC unit. The part is covered by a 10 year warranty. They charged me for the labor to replace the capacitor. The manufacturer of the capacitor should have reimbursed Viccarone for the labor, not me. Of course when I called them about this I got the runaround and ended up still paying for the labor. I will not use Viccarone again.
