they did such an excellent job! They deep cleaned my oven and stove top and horizontal blinds, my entire large one bedroom apartment. There were two people and they worked for 3 1/2 hours. I was so happy with the results. It was worth every penny. Plus they were easy to book the same day which was great. And easy to communicate with and work with. I will be using them again. i’ve already passed their number to two friends

DO NOT USE. Company lies about pricing. Jose quoted me for $260 for apartment cleaning. I provided the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and relevant information. I answered the questions he had too. Attached screenshot of conversation, proof that I was quoted 260. Upon arrival, Jose called me and suddenly the quote changed to $360. I was told that for a renovated unit it costs more money and I would need to pay that higher amount. I was never asked or notified that a renovated unit was $100 more, and their website has zero information about renovated units costing more money. Jose even acknowledged he made a mistake but would not honor the original price. This was a total waste of my time and this company was just looking to up-charge me $100 with a sudden policy they never disclosed. Do n

We used Vicky’s for post construction cleaning in our basement. They did a really good job with making it feel clean and dust free. They addressed all of our concerns and paid attention to details. Will definitely be using them again!

Do not schedule cleaning with them unless you want to be stood up! Incredibly unprofessional. I would give negative stars if I could. Communication is little to none and even after confirming scheduling and they didn’t show up! We scheduled cleaning with Vicky’s team for early morning on today (Sunday) on Mother’s Day. It was the availability the guy gave us and we picked it out of the available days/times. We texted a couple times to discuss details and once he confirmed, I made sure to follow up leading up to the day, given that it was Mother’s Day and we were planning the day around the scheduled cleaning.
