Purchased gas logs from Victorian Sales. Salespeople Brandon and Chad were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Installation took just about an hour. Austin and Chad made sure flooring was protected. Everything was clean and nothing was out of place when they left. They went over the details of remote and manual operation and answered some additional questions. They were friendly and professional. Very satisfied!

These guys were class acts from the second I walked into the showroom. We were in a little bit of a situation and they stepped up and helped us out when they had a cancellation. Billy, the technician, was not only tremendous at his job but extremely friendly and you could tell extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I’d welcome them back into my home at any time in the future and recommend them to anybody that I know. I don’t say that lightly.
