Fantastic service! Brett explains what is happening every step of the way. This service call was for water pressure issues in my sink. Thankfully it was just calcium buildup in the water lines and faucet. Quick to identify the problem and to get to resolution. New water lines and faucet installed in less than 2 hrs which included a run to Home Depot to pick up the faucet I picked out. Can not recommend his services enough!

Brett did a great job not only replacing our broken thermostat, but also explaining how our broken thermostat works and what the options for replacement were. He was respectful of the cleanliness of our home by covering his shoes when entering (and not wearing said covers outside like I’ve seen others do), after he left, you wouldn’t know he was here except for the working thermostat. We appreciated that while he’s obviously very knowledgeable about the workings of the HVAC system, he was able to explain everything and answer any questions without talking over our heads or talking down to us.
