I contacted a number of services (via call/text) regarding help in removing a bird that had flown into my house, and perched in a window about 20 feet above the ground. This wonderful service returned my text with and estimate and time availability. I took them up on their price/availability. Ultimately I was able to get the bird out of my house on my own. I needed an exterminator and one of my friends referred me to Vigil Pest Management, so I though I would give them a try. From the initial phone call I was impress. Erik asked me about my pest problems, and gave me a time when he was able to come out to my house. Erik was prompt and his services were affordable. I hope I don't have to call an exterminator again, but if I do, I will not have any hesitation to call Vigil Pest Management.
