Brent is awesome but your office not so good kept rescheduling our maintenance it took 4 times to get Brent here. We have been loyal customers referred you several times one of our referrals a new unit got installed....how can we refer when this continually happens and know are referrals are being treated not like this. I get it that things happen but when they reschedule they should make sure the reschedule doesn't get rescheduled again and again, especially when the tech comes to a house right across the street and you cancel their appointment

Brent was fantastic. Our AC was backed up against a wall so he couldn’t get to the bolts to detach the evaporator coil. He worked diligently until he was able to get the bolts off. He literally worked over 8 hours until the AC was repaired. I give your company an A+ for both service and honesty. Also your company gave me the best price from all the others I called for an estimate. I will definitely use Vinson again for any repairs I may encounter in the future!
