We had an excellent experience working with the VKB. From the start, Dale took the time to understand our style and helped us design a kitchen and bathrooms that truly fit our home. His guidance made the selection process easy and enjoyable, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We also worked with them on upgrading our fireplace surrounds to marble slabs, and everything—from planning to installation—was handled seamlessly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail completely elevated our space. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend VKB to anyone looking for a high-quality, modern renovation.

About three years ago we had Virginia Kitchen and Bath remodel our kitchen, given the quality of their service then we decided to have them remodel the primary bathroom. The bathroom was completed with their usual attention to detail and quality, for example some of the tiles had to be reordered because the quality was not on par with requirements. Communications was great, we were kept informed with the progress of the project and status of any changes we requested, in fact they created a team message site where updates and question follow ups were provided and transparent to all on the team. Everyone was professional and courteous and would show us and /or get our input on the tasks in progress. Virginia Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic and professional job and we highly recommend them.

Bathroom Renovation: We recently hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for our master bathroom renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project was completed on time, just as promised (even with a few unexpected surprises that needed to be addressed behind the walls), which made the whole process as stress-free as possible. I’m a construction disputes attorney and tend to notice details most people miss—so Virginia Kitchen & Bath had a very high bar to clear. They not only met my standards, they exceeded them. They remodeled my master bathroom, and every step of the process showed integrity and commitment to quality. For example, they researched a fixture I had chosen and discovered it was poorly reviewed. Even though we were on a lump-sum contract, they advised me to pick a higher-quality (and more expensive) product—cutting into their own profit—because it was the right thing to do. When some tile arrived below their quality expectations, they rejected it and reordered new material to ensure a perfect finish.
