My husband and I were looking for someone to clean a small water feature in our backyard near Purcellville. I found Virginia Ponds through a Google search and contacted Tom. I sent him photos of our water feature and mentioned an increasing problem with algae. Tom suggested an automatic dosing system to provide continuous water treatment. He sent Romeo and Cecilio to clean the water and install the dosing system. The men arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They drained, cleaned, and refilled the water feature and positioned my water plants as requested, including moving rocks around to place water lilies at the proper depth. Our water is now sparkling clean and ready for summer. Great job!

Virginia ponds We called Virginia Ponds to service our backyard fountain. We sent Tom some pictures, and he quickly provided pricing. The following week, we got scheduled, and now everything is ready to go for the season. Great experience!

I rarely post bad reviews, but in this case, potential customers deserve to know that this company should be avoided. When they installed a pump in my koi pond, they recklessly broke an electrical outlet and did not tell me. Their supervisor came out to see the damage and said he would send an electrician to “make it right.” 2 months later, he has never called me about the repair he promised. When I called him, he gave some ridiculous excuse about waiting for VDOT?!?! The workers were unprofessional and tried to sell me side work outside of the company. Ultimately, the new pump they installed was inferior to the one I already had. This company already had a one star rating, which I should have believed. Believe it. 1 star.

Incredible details and design. So professional and helpful. The renovation of my pond exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend. Top notch work

0 stars. Called them a couple if times and no one answered. When someone did, she would put me on hold and never answered again. Then, when she did picked up again after putting me on hold for 30 minutes, she made some excuse that they phone system is having issues and that someone would call me back. You guessed it. No one did. It appears no one in the company owns a cell phone and nobody needs to work when their phone system goes down
