I called in the afternoon, and was able to get an appointment the next evening. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly (bottom heating element), but had to order the replacement part. It was available the next day, and the tech came back to finish the job, including testing to verify everything was working correctly. So, approximately 48 hours from calling to repair completion. Overall, very pleased with the experience.
