I purchase a home in 2022. At the time of walk through before signing closing I had 4 major chips in the concrete and pointed them out. Within 6 months I had massive flakes cracks holes and scaling. I notified builder and was told not under warranty. I reached out to Vogt and showed videos and photos claiming this is not a homeowner issue because there are many homes that do not have this deteriorating issue and cities that this was poor workmanship and poor quality product. I had two concrete companies come out and say that this was poorly laid poorly mixed and bad quality workmanship. Less than 24 months my driveway has three massive cracks side to side, holes everywhere, scaling, flaking. I would never recommend Vogt construction for any work. Vogt poured a great driveway and did positive things some companies do not do. Even 3 years after the drive was installed, they came by to answer a question i had, looked at the drive, and gave me advice on how to care for it. This is a 3 year old home and the driveway is holding up very well. A very professional and responsive company.

Top quality! Our concrete is now 4 years old that was installed by Vogt. The guys worked very hard and their finish still looks great!

I saw another review saying the same thing. We just moved into a new construction home, and after 4 months already have spots where the driveway is crumbling. Got the same talk as the other reviewer, that we were just unlucky and that it would have been caused by the city's brine. Basically wiping their hands saying that it's not their fault that a 4-month old driveway is already deteriorating. Talked to another company that is saying that there is no way that this is something that could have been prevented by sealing the driveway (which we did). Low quality work, if you have other options, stay far away.
